Because it is our dedicated staff and environment that most shapes how our students learn, VCS delivers the best in available curricula and delivers from a Christian worldview.
Our combined classes at the primary level allow students that excel in one area but need help in others to move fluidly back and forth.
While at the middle and secondary levels, students in a college preparatory environment receive differentiated assignments according to their abilities and needs. Body
A core belief at Vineyard Christian School is that our entire life is integrated and matters to God. We provide extensive opportunities for physical growth through K-12 athletics and physical education programs.
From Mini-Revolution (K-3), Junior Varsity and Varsity soccer, Varsity girl’s and boy’s basketball to a spring archery program, we foster both physical and character development in a team atmosphere.
Our Phys-Ed programs begin in Kindergarten. Our middle and high school boys participate in a 27 week Martial Arts program focused on physical development as well as honor, integrity and respect while the girls focus on a 27 week core fitness training program and dig deeper into what beauty really is. During one 9-week period, they switch and the girls learn self-defense and the boys go through core fitness training. Spirit

Our weekly chapels challenge students to think about how each topic affect their view of themselves, God and others.
In addition to weekly chapel, the middle and high school students take Bible classes on topics ranging from discovering God to apologetics and the foundations of faith.

Christian Athletes Celebration!
Shonah Russell and Brandon Levesque were recently honored at the first ever Maine Christian School Sports League banquet held at the Mariott Sable Oaks Hotel in South Portland.
Of the scores of students participating in the 2008-2009 soccer and basketball programs, Brandon and Shonah were selected by opposing coaches as All-Stars for both soccer and basketball. Congrats and great work representing the Revolution.
